Paul was instrumental in guiding the board’s strategic direction, ensuring robust corporate governance, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. His experience also includes a notable period as Senior Vice President at Pioneer Bank, where he excelled in lending, credit risk management, and the development of innovative financial solutions. Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin, with a Bachelor of Science.
